We exist to train and send leaders to reach the campus and change the world by establishing healthy churches for the campus.
Training
Training is at the core of our support for leaders. Our training is focused on building you into the on mission person you were designed to be, which will fuel the mission you were called to lead. Our training is:
Strategic - we guide you through 6 core competencies an On Mission Leader needs.
Accessible - the main content is delivered digitally, so you can access it wherever you are.
Relational - we leverage training huddles so you don’t take this journey alone. Application of the training happens in community with others who are on the same mission you are.
sending
Being sent on mission comes with a host of things you have to remember. We’re here to help you navigate each step of the way. From securing funding to clarifying your ministry strategy, your coach walks with you to help you hit each milestone as you go. Our sending support helps you with:
Vision & Strategy - we help you clarify what God has put on your heart into clear vision and actionable strategy.
Logistics - this journey can be a lot! We come alongside you to help with incorporation, financial systems, and communication.
Finances - you are not left alone to figure out funding. We partner with you to help communicate the vision, secure the funding, and have a system to steward the gifts shared for the mission.
establishing
We walk with leaders to not just start a church but establish a sending church. This takes time and we are in for the long haul. To help leaders do this we provide:
Mentorship & Accountability - we help you build an oversight team, core launch team, and on-going guidance with ministry strategy.
A Collaborative Network - Church for the Campus is a network of leaders who share mission and collaborate together on ministry and sending.
A Leadership Pipeline - long before most churches would even think about having the ability to participate in sending, we provide access to funding, programming, and potential apprentices to host.
